More Pringles chips

On September 16, 2021, a ceremony was held to celebrate the completion of the Chopin project and the official launch of the fourth production line (K4) of Pringles snacks.

The reconstruction and expansion of the production and warehouse building in Kutno for UMA Investments lasted 17 months. The project involved 5000 people. We executed it in the general contracting system, in the Design & Build formula.

It is one of the largest investments in the Lodz Special Economic Zone. Products from the Kutno factory are sold in 16 countries around the world. The newly built line is the fastest and most efficient Pringles production line in the world. The expansion of the Kutno plant has enabled Kellogg’s to increase production by 120 million Pringles cans each year.

During the execution of works MCKB and UMA Investments were recognised by the State Labour Inspectorate for the highest health and safety standards and were awarded the first place in the „Build Safely 2020” competition held at the provincial level.
