Another project for SEGRO completed

Another project for SEGRO completed.

Within the area of the SEGRO Logistics Park Łódź, MCKB has completed the construction of the production and warehouse facility with office part of a total area of 12 200 m2 for AQ Wiring Systems.
The building has been BREEAM certified.
The total execution time was 10 months.
SEGRO Logistics Park Łódź is located close to the motorway A2 (A2 links Warsaw-Poznań-Berlin) and in the immediate vicinity of road junction “Łódź Wschód” of motorway A1 (A1 links Gdańsk and Cieszyn).
